3. License to Use
3.1 License Grant
- ✅ Free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license
- ✅ Personal and commercial use permitted
- ✅ Installation on multiple owned devices
3.2 Usage Restrictions
- ❌ DO NOT reverse engineer the application
- ❌ DO NOT distribute, modify or commercialize the app
- ❌ DO NOT remove copyright or property notices
- ❌ DO NOT use for illegal or harmful activities
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
- ✅ Scan legitimate QR codes
- ✅ Generate QR codes for lawful purposes
- ✅ Personal, educational and commercial use
- ✅ Share created QR codes
4.2 Prohibited Use
- ❌ Create QR codes with malicious links
- ❌ Scan QR codes known to be dangerous
- ❌ Distribute malware via QR codes
- ❌ Illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities
- ❌ Violation of third party rights
- ❌ Spam or abusive commercial activities
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 App Rights

5.2 User Content
- ✅ You retain rights to QR codes you create

- ❌ We DO NOT guarantee uninterrupted operation
- ❌ We are NOT responsible for scanned QR codes
- ⚠️ Security verification of links is your responsibility
6.2 Limitation of Liability
🚫 We are NOT responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages from app use
- Loss of data or information
- Problems caused by malicious QR codes
- Device incompatibility
- Service interruptions
7. Service Availability
7.1 Maintenance and Updates
